BELL HOUSE POLICY
Thank you for visiting the Spa and giving us this opportunity to make everyone feel Relax, Restore and Unwind. We have listed our policy to accommodate all of our valued clients with their busy lifestyles. Please understand that we are trying to meet everyone needs the best we can. Reservations & Late Arrivals
New clients are asked to kindly arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out a brief medical history form. If you are unable to make it to your appointment on time, we will do our best to accommodate your full-service time. If this is not possible, your service time will be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests. Last minute changes to appointments will be honored only if the service time is available.
Cancellation or rescheduling requires 24 hours' notice for any single appointment or service. Spa Package or multiple service appointments require 48 hours' notice.
All missed or late-cancelled appointments will be billed a 50% cancellation fee.
Parties of 4 or more, as well as special events parties, require 72 hours' notice as well as a 20% non-refundable deposit to be held by major credit card.
At the Bellhouse, we understand that certain circumstances may prevent you from being able to make your appointment. All cancellations will be reviewed on an individual basis by management.
Please notify our staff before receiving your treatment if you have a temperature, are pregnant, have high blood pressure, diabetes, or any special medical conditions.
Any clients under the care of a doctor for any injury will be required to obtain a doctor's permission for treatment.
Cell Phone Policy
Please turn off or silence all cell phones and electronic devices prior to entering the spa and keep voices low, as other services may be in progress.
For the safety of your family, as well as the comfort of other guests, we are unable to accommodate guests accompanied by young children. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. (Unless otherwise approved before by the management
Payment & Gratuity
We proudly accept cash, checks, Visa, Master-card, Discover, and American Express. You may opt to leave gratuity for your therapist. The recommended range is between 15 and 25% of the original service price. The staff member cannot have a check made directly out to them. Please make checks out the Bellhouse Day Spa and the staff will receive their gratuity.
